Consult a physiotherapist to check with your range of motion of elbow. So that you can check with the elbow angle for better clarification, to confirm we can go for an xray. Physical exercise needs to be done for better improvement to the weak muscles of the elbow. Sand bag exercises can be tried to improve the angle.

I am not sure about this. Because deformities occur your r.a duration, surface of the joint cartilage, ligaments, nature of muscles strengths. Etc. However these are all under deep inspection and tests are done by orthopedician / physiotherapist / any physician which are expert and very experienced. But whatever it may be please be cautious. Take precautions. Attent physical therapy treatment sessions for better lifestyle.

Yes its possible to get relief from osteoarthirits, but for this you need to do regular workout at home.
Its quite simple, first you need to make yourself confident and then start with exercises.
There is no need to tske medicines as well
as your age is still 36 yrs. Its easier for you to get recovered.

Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin.
Heat therapyheat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff area. It can help with muscle pain and bonny pain. Use a heated gel pack, heating pad or a hot water bottle.
