Kindly take physiotherapy sessions and as prdcautions avoid computer work, too much use of mobile which aggrevates cervical pain. Proper posture while sitting prevents low back pain and cervical pain.

Hello. lybrate-user.
If the pain is rradiating from neck to arm for last 6 months despite taking medications. I would advise you to undergo cervical spine MRI. Although proper and through clinical examination would help me better diagnose the issue, based on your symptoms MRI is recommended. If there is compression of nerve roots or cord exercise would not help, in fact it may worsen the problem.

1. This could be due to bad posture.
2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment.
3. Learn Cervical exercises.
4. Don't use Pillow.
5. Do hot fermentation twice a day.
6. Apply volini cream before sleeping.
7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.
