SiR I am diabetic for last 24 yrs. Last month diagnosed for large prostate 3.45x.87x4. 20 cm vol 29. 361 cc.Urinary bladder prevoid187 cc pvr23 cc. PSA 4.02. VIT B12 192. 25OH VIT D 14.68. MEDICATION Urimax d. Cyra d. Terapress 2 mg. Tenepride m 20/1000. Melmet sr 500 atorvastatin 10. Nurokind next. Gemcal d3. Histafree m. After 20 days I great urge frequent urination 8.9 times in day and 4.5 times in night. Difficulty in urination is eased. Can I take cystran 2.5 along with medication going on Kindly suggest. Is presentation o.k? Is BPH curable?

Continue urimax d and stop taking any fluid after 7 pm onwards. You can take cystran but if you difficulty in voiding withit then stop it. You can keep bph stable with medicine.

If it is post traumatic surgery than it take 6-9mnth for fully recover like pre surgery condition ,full range of motion and stability.

My age is 81 taking urimax D for the last 5 year my PSA is 5.82 doctor ad advise to take zynocin 200 for 7 days and again go for PSA test. If it do not come down what further action is needed to get the PSA down my prostrate is enlarge weight 46grm. Advised.

Nothing else could be done to get psa down. Repeat psa after 3 weeks. If low it's ok if same or high get MRI pelvis as I had already advised you.

Hello, Sir/Madam, Past 2 year to face the problems. Start by past 2 year my right hand last 3rd finger tingling, numbness but after one 1 year automatically simtum low still having but low then during 1 year before start my right leg problem tingling numbness, stifnesdand burning finger and feet full leg also having pain all the joint and buttock also then during this left hand last 3 finger with claim having numbness tingling stiffness and last 3 month also start left leg front full leg and finger having stiffness and numbness. When night if I not sleep that day pain, stiffness numbness anf burning pain increase. Also some time low back pain increase. But still not improvement. What the reason. What I will do next. Because from 1 year left my job and staying home.
