Hello! this is orthostatic hypotension. She has to get up slowly while changing the position to avoid this. Happens when bp suddenly drops and will again get back to normal with in minutes. You don't have to treat this condition. It's a general phenomenon and a common issue among varied age groups. All you can do when changing, sleeping position to standing up;

2. Reduce body weight if over wt
3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt.
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily

tab emset4md to put under toung it dissolves with saliva wait for 30 min nothing by mouth till 30 min for nausea VOMITING once.
if emergency u can take two or go for injection of same ( ondesteron)
tab stugeron25 after lunch, tab stugeron75 one at night after dinner followed by rest till required.

Nature of injury depends on force of impact, follow up complaints like persistent headache, vomiting sensation, repeated vomiting, giddiness, loss of balance etc. Then clinical examination from neuro surgeon, necessary investigations, follow up and monitoring is useful. Be under continuous care of neuro surgeon till above mentioned issues disappear.
