Myelomalacia is the softening of the spinal cord. Myelomalacia affects the sensory motor functions of the body. Symptoms can vary from minimal to severe.
Treatment:
There is no known treatment to reverse nerve damage due to myelomalacia. In some cases, surgery may slow or stop further damage. As motor function degenerates, muscle spasticity and atrophy may occur. Steroids may be prescribed to reduce swelling of the spinal cord, pain, and spasticity.

Take more sitings .do cryotherapy for 7 min, do static neck exercises. Remove pillow while sleeping. Go for ict and ift machines.

If you have pain, don't start running nd go for the back extension exercises nd core strengthening exercises daily, check the vitamin D3 nd if you feel pain don't bend forward it will aggrivate the symptoms nd avoid stair climbing.
