Hello Sir, Use desensitizing tooth paste in particular region. Apply it over tooth leave there for 2-3 min then do the brushing. If sensitivity continues visit your dentist.

Hello, first of all whatever you have written already falls in a severe condition not getting it treated soon will lead to some irreversible damage which cannot be treated.
Do not wait for bleeding receding gums is a serious issue, sensitivity to cold again require treatment so its not at a stage where just a tooth paste will help.
