Invisalign is one of the easiest ways to straighten teeth without braces. It uses a series of clear plastic aligners to slowly reposition your teeth. Your dentist will start by taking molds of your teeth. Then, she or he will have aligners specially crafted to fit your mouth and your care plan.

You may apply a gum paint. Two to three times daily for 15 days .and reduce swelling in gum first. You may use a sensitivity paste. Apply two to three times daily on the affected part. If sensitivity doesn't reduce. kindly visit a dentist nearby.

Hello lybrate-user. It is mostly because of the opening of the nerve roots because of weak gums or dental caries. First find out the exact cause by proper check up and then taking proper treatment will solve the problem.
Don't waste money after the advertised toothpastes. As they are just temporary anaesthetics. And won't help much.
You can consult me at Lybrate.

1.gum paints are usually formulations of tannic acid that reduce gum bleeding from weak, spongy gums. 2.salt water rinse is indeed very beneficial for improving gum health
3. Occasional teeth sensitivity may occur due to gum recession, cervical notching of teeth due to faulty brushing, surface cracks on teeth, initial caries etc. See your dentist for the same.
