Hi Sir, I had a MI in 2005, and till treated by medicine, No CABG or Angioplasty, Angio-LAD-90%, still smoking high quality 4/5 cigarettes a day. Is it can be a cause of stroke?

YOu have a dangerous reason to stroke or second MI unless you stop smoking . You must stop it and do moderate exercises daily for a good life ahead.

I still feel sort of sensitivity after 45 days of dental flap surgery with bone graft? Will the healing process disturbed if I get scaling done now at this point to the treated teeth? Does plaque disclosing agent cause any ill effects if applied to the treated area after 45 days of flap surgery with bone graft? Want to know the answers for the above. Thanks doc.

Firstly take tablet limcee twice a day for a week and plaque disclosing agent will not lead to any side effects and scaling can be done after clinical examination

My mother has CONTRACTED bladder due to suspected GU KOCH'S. She is on ATT since 2 months .urine frequency and urgency is so much (q1 hr) . Some urologist said for reconstructive surgery augmentation of bladder and ureter. I would luke to ask is it compulsory and after this will frequency and urgency be fully cure? Yes. She can undergo the surgery after completion of ATT. At least, it will improve the quality of her life by reducing fre1uency and urgency. And regarding PCNL or ESWL .it entirely depends upon position, size, completion of the stone.

I had cardio by-pass surgery in 2013 ; since there I had taken all the related medicines without break. But recently I am severely suffer from panting or gasping. I walked 200 metres then I suffer from gasping. Also I climb up my house stairs I felt with this. Then I went to my doctor who was done my surgery. There he done all related tests on me. The results are here } In 2D echo: -Mitral valve: Normal -Aortic Valve: Sclerosis -Pulmonary valve: Normal -Tricuspid valve: Normal -left atrium: 3.6 cm Left ventricle: -- Edd-5.8 cm Esd:-4.6 cm Ef-40% Lvpwd-1.0 cm Right atrium and ventricle: Normal Aorta :2.4 cm Pulmonary artery: normal IAS :intact Ivs: 1.0 cm Svs/ivc/cs: normal Pericardium: normal Doppler study :PJV: 0.7M/SEC, pat: 141m/sec, Ajv: 2.4m/sec Conclusions: Post CABG POOR echo window RWMA: Hypokinesia of Lad Territory Moderate LV dysfunction Aortic sclerosis mild As. Hence by these results wht is problem to me? Is it serious one? How should I became healthy by reduce this?

Hello, Thanks for the query.
First thing is you should control blood glucose effectively, because if that is not done, then oral hygiene is badly affected. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Then you should consult a good competent dental surgeon (periodontologist). Thanks.
