Hello, Oral submucosal fibrosis is a progressive disease and no single treatment is absolute. It requires a multimodal approach. First stopping tobacco intake. Steroid injection, PRP or PRF injections combined with Laser give good results. The results of laser need to be maintained with good physiotherapy like mouth gag at night. For advanced stages there are surgical options too. Consult a oral surgeon.

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise. In PCOD ovulation is affected so chances of pregnancy decrease so should go to Gynecologist or infertility specialist earlier.
