Dear sir. I had been suffering oral lichen planus from last 3 years. Doctor describe me various medicines. But not you. Lastly a doctor prescribed me prednisolone and soricap so I feel comfort but not fully cure. Now affected my one hand finger nail and one foot nail also affected my body skin. Please give me a good suggestion.

My son is almost 8 months old. He has a white spot on upper right jaw. Doctor said it is odontogenic cyst. Nothing to worry. It will heal by itself. Is this a thing to get concerned? Another thing I want to know is that we gave him all the vaccines in government health centre. But the pcv was not included in government list. So we gave him. Pcv privately from doctor's clinic. He started pcv course from 6 months onward. So the doc said he should be given 2 pcv now in one month's gap and a booster at 2 years. Since he started pcv after 6 months he would be given 2 pcv now. He does not need 3 pcv now. Is this schedule appropriate? Not only that he was given hep b vaccine at birth as per govt schedule. But in private doctor's schedule there is hep b vaccine in 6, 10, 14 weeks. Then there is typhoid and influenza vaccine in 6 months in private schedule. Now I want to know which vaccines are mandatory.

Hi doctor. I have itch roof of mouth (palate). I feel comfortable after rubbing with edge of the tongue. I get it frequently. Now its almost there for 5 days. It even comes in the mid of sleep. During night I feel like am getting cold and morning it will be ok (morning I will have mucus and sometimes blocking of nose). Also during sleep, I feel like fan wind is beating my body, (pain if I sleeps below fan). But itchy palate makes me bad. Pls clarify what needs to be done and what's the issue with me. Recently I am diagnosed with gerd, acid reflux. Completed some tablets and gavision. But itchy palate was ter many years. Kindly help.

itching of palate may be related with any tobacco habit, allergic issue, deficiency of nutrients, trauma....etc...
