If your dentist told you its nothing to worry about then you should not worry about something serious. A line is formed in cheek near where your upper and lower teeth meets. Usually it appears both side of cheek. If you have same thing then don't worry. If its something else then you can consult another dentist for opinion.

Please stop tobacco or supari immediately. Mostly you have submucosal Fibrosis. It is a pre malignant condition which leads to increased risk of getting mouth cancer
