Squint is an anatomical defect and till surgery you can do eye exercise and no medication will be helpful

Divergent squint has developed because of very less Vision in right eye after retinal detachment surgery , there is possibility of developing Squint again after 5-6 yrs

Macular degeneration causes loss in the center of the field of vision. In dry macular degeneration, the center of the retina deteriorates. With wet macular degeneration, leaky blood vessels grow under the retina.
Blurred vision is a key symptom.
