Sexual problems can be due to diabetes either partially or fully. Discuss with your physician about it.
There are no medicine without side effect. You have to weigh the effect vs side effect. Divaa is not an addicting medicine. You need to take it for your life just like diabetes and thyroid medicines.

I don't understand what you mean by your statement that you are not feeling well. You have not been in therapy for all these years is not a good sign. You must seek the help of a counselor and work on your issues, develop skills, tools and techniques to deal with your problems. So comply with all the medical prescriptions and work in tandem with a counselor for a long time and learn coping skills and techniques to handle the daily challenges you will face. Do thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting from lab. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
