You can be helped by cognitive behavioural therapy if drugs are not working.
Take regular sessions with some psychologist if you can otherwise you can also go for self cbt .it takes 6 to 8 months to be normal if you put sincere and persistent effort.

Yes. This high dose can cause death -if not properly treated immediately. The side effects are slow heart rate ; low bp; ;shock ;loss of consciousness. This high dose is injurious to health. mobilethis is a medicine to be consumed under medical supervision. So please, use it as per your doctor's advice.

Dear sir, both confido and speman have same contents, quantity is slightly different in them. You can take them together. Dose when taken together :- confido 1- 1 tablet in morning and night + speman 1-1 tablet in morning and night.
