Hi, Dont worry. You will have a baby surely once you get married. The cyst which you got operated and removed was probably a twisted ovarian cyst. The other cysts which got medically treated were simple retention cysts which are common. There are different kinds of cysts. I need your complete menstrual history.

Pparmint will not affect any of your hormones nor cause any harm to u. Sexual thoughs at the age of 18 years are absolutely normal and getting wet is also normal, which suggests that your hormones are normal. Semen is released by men and not women.

You can plan for iui in the next cycle. 7mil count is little less, so you may repeat iui upto 3-4 times if you do not conceive in the first cycle. Of course this depends on various other factors as well.

Since the cyst is too large to remove laparoscopically and you are likely to have adhesions from previous surgeries which will make open surgeries difficult, it's better to go for medical treatment.

If you have a large cyst, your doctor can surgically remove the cyst through a large incision in your abdomen. They’ll conduct an immediate biopsy, and if they determine that the cyst is cancerous, they may perform a hysterectomy to remove your ovaries and uterus.

Your doctor might recommend hormonal contraceptives, such as birth control pills, to keep ovarian cysts from recurring. However, birth control pills won't shrink an existing cyst.
Surgery. Your doctor might suggest removing a cyst that is large, doesn't look like a functional cyst, is growing, continues through two or three menstrual cycles, or causes pain.
