Hi since you are touching 41 years of age that is nearing menopausal period. Fibroid uterus grows it is very rarely to become a cancerous tissue so I would advise you contact directly for more details and discussion on treatment protocol. They have options because there are aneurysm also which can be corrected by interventional procedures which will treat both fibroid and also aneurysm coiling with the help of interventional neurologist.

Even in stage IIa, radical hysterectomy removal of the whole uterus, both ovaries ,pelvic lymph node dissection are done. Medial 1/3 of the parametrium on either side, and upper 1/3 of the vagina is also removed. Brachy- therapy followed by external radiotherapy after 5-6 weeks. If the parametrium shows involvement, it is stage IIb .After full surgical treatment and radiotherapy, parametrial invasion is to be evaluated by the Gynecologist.
