Dear ,
one should not take more than 60 ml of alcohol per day. Over intake of alcohol is responsible for brain damage, muscles damage, hands and feet's tremble. And yes, the tolerance will automatically change.

Tolerance does change with age and use. It is safe to have two drinks of 30 ml every day for a body of average size for a man, and one drink for a woman. You must also eat well and exercise well as a normal course of keeping yourself fit.

Two drinks a day for a male person is okay subject to his being in good health otherwise and is exercising. Tolerance does change with age: you can stand only lower dozes.

At age 50, one must drink on an average one drink /day. Th consumption of this drink should be very slow ending anywhere between 15-45 minutes
one drink is equal to one of the following:---
-250 ml can or bottle of regular beer----
-100 ml can or bottle of malt liquor---
-60 ml glass of red or white wine---

There is a certain safety limit for alcohol, and for adults it is usually around 80mg.
However for a person over 50mg there could be further restrictions due to possibility of metabolic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, depression etc. Also alcohol can be a contraindication for people with compromised liver status like cirrhosis, fatty degenerations, hbv infarction in past etc.
So it would be more appropriate to discuss above issues before deciding any safe limits.

Follow these methods for relief:
* Put a warm water bottle on your lower abdomen (area below the stomach) firstly spread towel or any cloth then put the bottle on it.
* Do massage with lukewarm mustard oil on lower abdomen area (below the stomach) and back daily.
* Take 1/3 piece of ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of ajwain boil both these in one glass of water when 1/2 glass water remains then drink it. When you drink add one teaspoon of sugar in it.
