Never ever apply balm or moov for pain in teeth. It will cause swelling. Don't do hot application. You can use ice to soothe your pain. Remember cold and say no no to hot when your tooth aches.

Do not use very hot water for bathing, as it makes your skin very dry. Use lukewarm water, is beneficial. You may even compromise on your skin protective function, if excessive hot water is used.

During winters,one tends to have hot water showers. Much as it feels good, hot water evaporates and rips off the skin 's moisture too leaving the skin dry & sometimes itchy too. Use lukewarm water instead and keep the baths short
