Asked for male, 16 years old from Lucknow

Hello sir, i'm of age 16 and there's some abnormalities in my liver. I consulted a doctor and was found that I have jaundice and he took my blood sample for blood test and there it states that my total bilirubin is (10.2) sgpt is (1380) and my sgot is (510.6). Is it something to worry about alot? What should I do next and please tell if this is fatal. Please reply as soon as possible.

My father is 72 years old and has near sight for reading and no far sight. He has sugar and bp. He is affected by cataract. Can we go mono focal or multifocal lens based on age and other criteria. If we go for monofocal lens will his near sight be blurred without spectacles. Currently he is not using specs. How close he can see without specs after surgery.

I had my jaundice 15 20 days ago my bilirubin was 2.8 and now it is 1.9 I have nausea and acidity in stomach is there something to worry about? My doctor suggested me a endoscopy too but I do not think it is needed.
