Hello, there are much better medications available for ocd that shows respose within a month. Also read exposure and response prevention therapy and apply it on yourself with the help of your family member or psychiatrist. You do not need to carry this problem when such promising and quick treatment is available.

Fluoxetine can cause erectile dysfunction. Kindly consult for change of drug which dose not cause erectile dysfunction.

Hello, clobazam is never taken for a long period. Sleepiness is due to clobazam mostly. Try tapering off clobazam. For initial 7 days take half the dose then for next 7 days one fourth of the dose then stop clobazam.

both fluvoxamine and prozac are ssris. The anxiety and fear of severe withdrawal is a part of your ocd. Please withdraw from 100 to 50 and stop. No need to go for 25 mg - may not be available. No withdrawal will happen, since it is at a lowest dose. Usually fluoxamine will be withdrawn from 300 - 400 mg/day. Please add therapy also for your treatment so that with erp (exposure and response prevention) your fear comes down - not only for withdrawal but also for other obsess...more
