It should by now get healed. The treatment consists of 6-8 months of ATT. I am sure the doctor must have tried to rule out MDRTB. Have you repeated a Xray to check whether the fluid is completely gone

Pleural fluid means the abnormal fluid collection between the covering layers of lung . This fluid gets collected in many diseases like TB and many more, Biopsy is done by collecting the fluid using a needle and it helps to diagnose the disease

If the thrombus is blocking there since 2015 and has not resolved, it most probably will be for life. Your doctor needs to take a call whether anticoagulant like warfarin/ACITROM should be taken or not. Have you got the work up done why you had PTE in the first place.

Get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg.

Start Anulom Vilom pranayam and Kapal bhati starting from 5 minutes each to gradually increase to 20 minutes each in a month. Also use pure Mrigshring bhasm in appropriate qty. It may not be generally available. Combine 95% curcumin and Pure Tulsi extract, as a routine supplement.
