It seems vertebral artery is thrombosed due to dissection. He needs to be evaluated for cause of dissection and needs to be antiplatelet medication. Is he still symtomatic.

As I understand, you don't want to take medicines. But homeopathy or Ayurveda will also help you, if at all, by some form of medicines only. The shapes may change from tablets to powders or something of that sort.
Several mechanical ways have been tried to get rid of blockages, none successful. Medications, stents, and bypass surgery are the established and time tested modalities that make change in people's life. I fear if you keep looking for easy escape, you will find someone w...more
