Do not stop the medication abruptly. It will have bad withdrawal symptoms. With the advise of Dr. Step by step reduce the medicine. You may tell your complaints mentioned here to Dr. Too. Meanwhile, please start doing yoga, and go for cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety. Yoga, meditation and therapies work out beautifully to come out of this situation. All the best.

Since you are feeling good with this prescription, you are advised to stay with this treatment. Homeopathy cannot treat severe mental disorders. Instead, I suggest you seek a counselor's help and work with that therapy in tandem with the medication. As you improve over time you can consider modifying the drug.
