I can give some tips for healthy weight loss daily 45 min brisk walk or exercise. 15 glass water intake. you should take one spoon jeera and one spoon ajwayen overnight soaked with lukewarm water + lemon juice. 3 time green tea. 3 major meal and 3 minor meal add salad in your daily food. Avoid outside fast food and drink.
