Hi dear friend.
I noted down your history. Here are the few points I would like to add from my side.
1) your pulse rate was/is high because your hb was/is low. 2) now as it is better than before but still you should take some supplements for vitamin b12 as well. 3) consume diet rich in iron like spinach, beetroot, dryfruits, eggs etc.
4) if all the above is corrected and still pulse is high then need to see for other issues like anxiety.
Thanks and regards.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to help you.
Lifestyle modification (like increase physical activities, sufficient sleep, removal of stress, proper diet) is succinct for most of the people in this condition, but you have not mentioned the reports, need more detailed history and the reports for the same.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a further treatment/diet/workout plan.

I understand your concern regarding the increase in your hba1c levels, signaling a shift towards pre-diabetes. This shift, even with a seemingly healthy lifestyle, can be perplexing.

medical evaluation:
schedule a consultation to thoroughly discuss recent hba1c results, considering your medical history and lifestyle changes.
Medication assessment:
provide details about your current medications, including lodoz 5 and uvox 50, to evaluate any impact on blood su...more

Hello,
the effect of any medicine will be short-lived. A balanced diet and lifestyle can help in the long term.
First of all, we should not target fast weight gain. It will take time. Weight gain can be achieved by few major steps. Try to start small and gradually increase appetite. If you try suddenly you will not be able to eat. 1. Balanced diet: in a day take 25% cereals (rice/ roti/ idli/poha etc.) + 25% protein rice foods (dairy/ dals/ nuts/ non-veg etc.) + 40% vegetables- prepared ...more
