Folate should ideally be started from 3 months before conception. Doses may vary according to your previous history of pregnancy. And iron tablet are taken from 2nd trimester onwards if your hemoglobin level are within normal range.

I have seen the query. Whichever insulin one may take there is no need to take any form of "glucose" to avoid "hypoglycemia" because if you are taking properly calculated insulin dosage then there will be no hypoglycemia. But if it does occur then taking a small amount of sugar or a candy can help overcome the same.

Yes there are concerns regarding your report as your triglycerides and total cholesterol levels are spiking high.
