Please get a cbc, lft and kft done. Also share any other diseases she is suffering from. One needs to find the cause of excess b12. Correcting the cause will bring the levels down. As such the high levles are not be as concerning as the cause for the increased levels.

B12 sources for vitamin b12 deficiency --for a vegetarian patient are---milk; yeast;yogurt; cheese;other dairy products ; soya milk ; fortified cereals etc vitamin d3 sources are mostly animal foods.
Still for a vegetarian-----cheese; mushrooms ; fortified items like milk ; cereals ; juices and other dairy products are there. Moreover exposure to morning or evening sunlight for 30 minutes daily will suppliment good amount of d3 to you.

please get an ecg done at the earliest. You should not have palpitations after walking for a few minutes. As for blood test reports, they are not an urgency as of now. If the ecg is normal you can contact again for medicine and lifestyle advise. However, if ecg is not normal, you must consult a cardiologist

25 to 40% of calcium gets absorbed. Natural calcium is found in milk, milk products, tomato, palak, brinjal. Etc. Supplements like sandoz or osctocalcium can be consumed if advised by your physician.

Check your blood for serum calcium levels. If it is low, take calcium supplements like Shelcal or Ostocalcium. Dietary supplements include milk and milk products, ragi preparations etc. and drink 2 glasses of milk per day.

Take a good amount of milk and milk products, ragi, sesame seeds and green vegetables to get calcium. You can take calcium supplements like ostocalcium which will help in maintaining calcium & vitamin d3 levels. Do consult your physician also.
