Do not skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight. Eat regular meals. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

Technically both injections are having the same composition so either of them can be taken in your case. But, if you find the one the doctor has adviced to you, you can take that one. Else nervijen plus is also acceptable.
