I have seen the details mentioned. However, I would like to know the following: current t3, t4 & tsh levels (26 that you are mentioning is it tsh?) and if you have done anti tpo antibodies test please inform the details. Is her tsh under control. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

I have seen the details given. Her tsh level is definitely lower than lab limit mentioned. Hence, it is better if dosage is reduced by 12.5 mcg to 112.5 mcg per day. Please remember after reducing the dosage (after every dosage change) there is need to check thyroid profile after 6 to 8 weeks to see if the desired change is achieved. In a well controlled patient tsh should remain around 2 to3 or 4 mu/l and t4 in normal range. If you have any questions please do c...more

Shortness of breath may be unrelated to hypothyroidism
you need to get a pft spirometry to ascertain whether you have obstructive or restrictive airway disease.
If any of this disease is detected on pft then further investigation can be done for evaluation of chest for the final cause of breathlessness.
Do you have any history of allergy to dust smoke animal dander, cold cloudy weather increases breathlessness.
