Yes there are concerns regarding your report as your triglycerides and total cholesterol levels are spiking high. I would like to know details of the other risk factors associated by a one on one consult over text or video. Have you given your empty stomach? If not than these values are concerning as high cholesterol and triglycerides increases the risk of deposition in various arteries of heart, aorta, kidneys etc. These could decrease your life expectancy and cause early death.

Your tsh is certainly not under control. I hope your doctor has done tests on thyroid antibodies. You must consult an endocrinologist or physician - internal medicine md and remain under his guidance for monitoring and review till tsh is brought around 2.5 to 4.5.

You have not mentioned the medications you are taking. Hypothyroid and bp are not very difficult issues for doctors to manage. For hypothyroid regular tablets and thyroid profile test at least every 3 months to fix the dosage is necessary. For high bp you should keep a diary to record your bp regularly at least every week at the same time, preferably in the evening under proper conditions of no exercise, intake of tea, coffee etc for half an hour before recording.
