Yes, it can be given. Do not worry about the food. For more information read about healthy food (balanced diet) for pregnancy from the internet. Choose more natural or organic foods and avoid junk food/ sodas etc. Always go for regular health check up so that the doctor can assess the health of both the mother and the growing baby. Do the necessary tests from time to time and take the suppliments as suggested. You can also discuss about any of your concerns with the doctor and get it cleared.

This plant is mainly used for making sugar, however, it is also used for making refreshing sugarcane juice. Sugarcane juice is safe and extremely healthy for a pregnant woman. However, if you are suffering from diabetes or gestational diabetes, you should refrain from drinking sugarcane juice during pregnancy.

5 th month ghee with milk
6 month madhur aushadhi sidha milk should take madhur aushadi like- ghee, gud, kela, shatavari, nariyal, mashparni, mulajathi, mudgaparni, sahad, angoor, vanshlochan kathal etc

There is no such restriction for intake of fruits and vegetables. Include galactogoues, it will help in pregnancy and overall health of the child. Eg: methi, garden cress seeds, bajra etc.
