Hello, Thanks for the query.
Diabetes means excess blood glucose. It needs appropriate drugs and diet control plus regular exercise to achieve strict blood glucose control.
There are really no health drinks that I can think of. Protein powder with no sugar with milk can be a good heath support drink, that too after strict blood glucose control. Eating a balanced diet is best nutrition. Increased intake of green leafy vegetables and permitted fruits (100 g a day) is good. Thanks.

Brain development in humans takes place at the age of 2 to 5 yrs, after this even though you keep on providing and adding nutrients in diet for brain development will not pay way for it. Soft drinks may not affect thyroid directly but it predisposes to many other problems like gastritis, diabetes nutritional imbalances which aggrevate any exhisting disease. Please stop have softdrinks as they are as bad for health as alcohol drinks.
