Good evening prerana, this is due to increased body heat, as you said paras has this episode when he has chicken n this increases the body heat and also he had history of allergic rhinitis, where the nasal membrane are tend to be sensitive. Nothing to worry, just check on the diet, and cut down the food that cause body heat eg- chicken, jaggery, sesame seeds and oil, coffee, alcohol and spicy foods.

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite?Any tests that you have undergone? I need details of the case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily.

Certainly yes, even a slight trauma inside the nose due to nose picking or rubbing of nose can lead to nose bleed, if one has hypertension. The bleed may not happen immediately following trauma, it happens due to variations in blood pressure during the day, especially early mornings.
