Dear lybrate-user, relax and calm down. Nasomist drops are used for only 5 days as it is that longe that they work on sinuses. The stinking sensation may be due to maggots inside your nose and sinuses. Please consult a good ent specialist so that treatment may start as soon as possible.

Plz don't overindulge in nasomist otherwise you will become habitual of it. please consult an ent specialist rather then self medicate. Saline nasal sprays will help you along with steam inhalation.
