Hello lybrate-user, Nasal bleed is common in children
make sure chlid does not do nasal picking with finger nail
start liquid paraffin nasal drops three drops three times a day
increase water intake
start local application of neosporin ointment in nose.
If bleeding still persists then we have to go for some test.

In our nose, there are three pairs of turbinates which originate on the lateral walls of our nasal cavity. When the lowest pair of the turbinates or the inferior turbinates is enlarged due to allergies or some other condition, it results in nasal blockage causing breathing difficulty.
