make sure chlid does not do nasal picking with finger nail
start liquid paraffin nasal drops three drops three times a day
increase water intake
start local application of neosporin ointment in nose.
If bleeding still persists then we have to go for some test.

Sometimes it may so happen that due to sneezing or coughing which is strong reflex there can be breakage of small blood capillaries. So one may see trace of blood which is not unusual or dangerous. Nose bleeding is a common problem medically known as Epistaxis. I can't see your detail report. You have mentioned you have Type II Diabetes and CKD. Epistaxis is not connected to the problem you mentioned.
