Sometimes it may so happen that due to sneezing or coughing which is strong reflex there can be breakage of small blood capillaries. So one may see trace of blood which is not unusual or dangerous. You should take all remedial measures to get cured. But in case you prominently see substantial amount of blood while coughing then you should get yourself thoroughly checked and investigated by a good physician. Take care!

It might be due to the rupture if the small capillaries inside the nose. Yet, you should get yourself examined physically (as a prevent measure) by an ENT specialist just to ensure all is well. Maintain good hydration (2-3 litres of water to be consumed ). Have lots of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Please revert after the doctor examines you and gives his opinion.

Dear lybrate-user
If it occurs only in summer it may or may not be due to sinustis. You require a thorough check up with ENT doctor before taking any natural treatment as correct diagnosis is very important before any treatment.

Dear lybrate-user
Nose bleeding is a common problem medically known as Epistaxis. I can't see your detail report. You have mentioned you have Type II Diabetes and CKD. Epistaxis is not connected to the problem you mentioned. Have you checked your BP, the common reason for nose bleeding is High Blood Pressure, Dryness of nose, etc. Please check your BP and meanwhile you can apply coconut oil or vaseline to soften the membrane. If you still feel the problem then, I'll suggest you some medicati...more
