Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details given. Please let me know who had the "nose bleed" you or your mother?
Because it is not clear from what you have written. Epistaxis (nose bleed) can occur due to many reasons like increase intracranial pressure, dry ness in the noseand poking the nose strongly etc. A single blood without any major history may not be much of a problem. But if you want to be more careful, do consult an ENT specialist. Thanks.

Nosebleeds are common due to the location of the nose on the face, and the large amount of blood vessels in the nose. The most common causes of nosebleeds are drying of the nasal membranes and nose picking (digital trauma), which can be prevented with proper lubrication of the nasal passages and not picking the nose.

Repeated and hard blowing of the nose can cause damage to the Eustachian tube. Avoid blowing too hard. This will stop the pain and bleeding. If it persists consult in private for medicaiton.

The most common cause of anterior nosebleeds is dry air. A dry climate or heated indoor air irritates and dries out nasal membranes, causing crusts that may itch and then bleed when scratched or picked. Colds may also irritate the lining of the nose. Bleeding may occur after repeated blowing.
For this you need to see ENT specialist.

A sudden or infrequent nosebleed is rarely serious. If you have frequent nosebleeds, you could have a more serious problem. Dry air is the most common cause of nosebleeds. Living in a dry climate and using a central heating system can dry out the nasal membranes, which are tissues inside the nose

There is no correlation between pineapple n nose bleed. Is it fresh blood? Does it bleed drop by drop.
Or is it mixed with nasal discharge.
It may be due to cold.
Don't wipe your nose too hard. Use soft cotton cloth.
For more details you can consult me.
