. Such bleeding is mostly due to excoriation in nostril or dried up allergic discharge. Regualr local application of neosporine skin cream is advised. You can also instil warm saline water 15 - 20 drops in both nostrils twice a day. If problem continues consult ent specialist.

Stop cleaning your nostrils, may be by cleaning you r injuring soft inner membrane of nostrils. And when you clean next day the scab that was formed previous day got injured n it starts bleeding again.

First you need a nasal endoscopy to see any problems within the nose. if nasal endoscopy is normal ,then no need to worry.minor bleed can happen in some people if u have allergy,cold,sinusitis. bp should be checked .
