It is epistaxis. It is due to the rupture of venous complexes in the nose, which gets ruptured due to dryness. It will not be detected in any X-ray. You should apply Nasal drop Bortroclot, when bleeding occurs. And apply nasal drop xylomet (1%). It will subside automatically. You have to avoid drying of your nose.

Rhinitis is a common cause of epistaxis (mild blood stain from nostrils ).otrivinp drops shall help. Don't cause much friction in nose.
