My Wife is 38 week 1 days pregnancy usko av take labour pain nahi aaya doctor ne bola av tak niche rasta nahi khula hai so what kya kare jisse use labour pain ho n normal delhivery ho n rasta khul jaye. Normaly aur kitna time lagega .use kafi taklif ho rhi hai niche kafi pain ho rha both leg me. Wo so nahi paa rhi hai kya kare?

Do not panic. Waut till due date. It is quite normal to feel discomfort during last few days. Keep visiting your doctor weekly. She has to make sure to keep track of baby movements at home and report immediately in case of bleeding or leaking or decreased fetal movement.
If pain dosent start till due date and there is no other problem related to pregnancy then your doctor will induce pain using certain medications to open the mouth of uterus.

Method of conception spontaneous means pregnancy occured naturally without any treatment.
Spontaneous delivery before 34 weeks means natural delivery without interference but happened prematurely before 34 weeks.

Very occassionaly it is because of intrinsic weakness of cervix. In majority it is excessive stretching by triplets. However only your treating obstetrician can thro more light as he/she examined cervix in different stages.

Am having a vaginal infection for a year now I took fluconazole tablets and a miconazole suppository also and I had no improvement it would occur after some time I was on doxycycline tablets for 5 days and metronidazole for 1 week since I had to vomit I discontinued the metro tablet in 3 days after 3 weeks I started with vaginal itching and discharge can you tell me why it's happening every time I keep my clothes clean wash my vagina in v wash to keep it dry and once my panty is wet I change it all the time and I wash my inner in hot water still have repeated episodes also taken an itraconazole vaginal swab shows easily and coagulase neg staph &esbl usually comes before or after periods what kind of investigation I have to do I took all kinds of medication recently I took af kit also.

1) If cold is cured does not mean it will not recur, same way such infection can recur.
2) Must check for factors which cause same to be repeated- a) Both sex partners to be treated at same time B) Use of oral contraceptive pills going on 3) Diabetes.
