You have not mentioned your BP reading, please mention that. Also in case you just found this during a BP check with no symptoms stop worrying about it because it is pretty normal for some people to have slightly lower BP than normal. But if you have some symptoms just increase your daily water and fluid intake, you can take nimbu pani, coconut water etc and this should solve the problem, In case you the symptoms persists even after this, please consult a cardiologist near you.

Till the age of 75 years blood pressure below 140/90 is considered to be normal. So as of now you need not worry about taking treatment for high blood pressure. But its recommended that you monitor your blood pressure regularly. Also visit your physician if you get symptoms such as headache, dizziness, chest pain, breathlessness, difficulty in vision etc.

it may be white coat hypertension...i.e . bp ups during physician visit but normal at home........don't start antihypertensive medications as of now.... do self monitoring of blood pressure at home at different times of day and then report it to doctor,,,if there are no symptoms then no need to take medicines ..just reduce salt intake in ur diet
