Dear lybrate user,
in order to normalize low blood pressure take a hand full of raisins (kishmish) and put them in a bowl of water in the night, every next morning chew these resins on by one and drink the remaining water at the end.
Continue it at least for forty days, go to bed early and get up early, go for a morning walk, take your dinner at least two hours before going to bed.
