Restrict protein intake especially animal protein if consumed in excess. Take sufficient fluids if you are dehydrated from any cause.
Repeat blood urea level (normal- 7-20 mg/dl) along with serum creatinine and egfr to rule out decrease in kidney function from any cause especially if there is weakness, fluid retention etc. If more, consult a physician.
