Hopefully a partial Nephrectomy has been done saving the rest of the kidney.
This report suggests you have a low risk less aggressive tumor although Lymphovascular invasion may signify some nodal Mets.
Just keep a good follow up every 6 months with USG abdo pelvis for the next 3 years

treatment depends upon the etent of disease in the pancreas. If surgery not possible combned pain killers along with suitable chemotherapy and adjunctive radiotherapy will shrink the disease and reduce the pain. This will also increase the survival time of the patient.

primary cns lymphoma is a curable disease,
Kindly do investigation mri brain, CSF cytology, MRI spine, ophthalmologist reference, bone marrow biopsy.
After proper staging disease is localised, then go for induction chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy then consolidation chemotherapy.

Diagnosis is by finding Hodgkin's cells such as multinucleated Reed–Sternberg cells (RS cells) in lymph nodes. Hodgkin lymphoma may be treated with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and stem cell transplant. The choice of treatment often depends on how advanced the cancer, In early disease a cure is often possible.

CLL is slow growing disease. There is option of only observation in this patients. But you need to do regular follow up. There are some conditions in CLL when we can start chemo. Please consult me privately for more details.
