Most probably you have consolidation in lung developed after drainage, if you have breathlessness than need intervention otherwise conservative trt sufficient.

Just by lymphocyte result it cannot be eliminated. There is no other report of FNAc being put or reports of excision biopsy. This are invasive procedure. CT scan is a noninvasive procedure. It has to be investigated thoroughly.
