Rinse your mouth. Use salt water or baking soda rinse (dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 cup warm water). Dab a small amount of milk of magnesia on your canker sore a few times a day. Avoid abrasive, acidic or spicy foods that can cause further irritation and pain.

you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal ulcers. if they still persist get your Vitamin B levels checked.

Mouth ulcers are usually due to bad digestion or vitamin deficiency. Other causes are consumption of oilly n spicy food, change in lifestyle, allergies to certain foods and medication, increased body heat. Start taking some vitamin supplements. Eat balanced and healthy diet. Increase your water intake.

Could also be a vitamin deficiency. So you may want to start vitamin b12 supplements as it aids in ulcer healing.
Ulcers also happen due to stress.
Also in some cases ulcers could be due to allergies or a sign and symptom of some other condition.
So if they persists more than 2-3 weeks, then visit a doc and get evaluated.

Mouth ulcers are aggravating at best and may be extremely painful. Also called canker sores or aphthous ulcers, mouth ulcers can be triggered by various factors, including stress, illness, or simply biting your cheek.
