Hello sir/mam. For two or three days I was allergic like sneezing and cold .and in morning I have 3 potato prathna. After half an hour I have eat one spoon of chyavanprash. Then after 1 or 2 hour may be .i had take cold allergic medicine. .but after sometime time .i feel discomfort in my stomach. And .i was belching potatoes protein and feel warm .so is this the reason of taking chyavanprash and ta tablet.

Take ample fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Use warm compress on the affected area. You can also use steam inhalation. Apply nasal sprays. The symptoms should go away in a few days. However if they persist you should approach an ent specialist.

If you're child has asthma don't deprive him of any respules or mdi pump
infact he/ she should be given duolin respules twice or thrice a day with budecort respules twice a day
once chest is better can shift to mdi / pump formoflo / budamate child one with lesser dose with spacer can be started.
