Dont take water after 8 pm, avoid evening tea/cofee/juice/liquor, wear loose and comfortable garments, protect yourself from cold environment, go to toilet immediately before going to bed. Also find out the usual time for urination during night and set an alarm just before that time to avoid bed wetting. Finally get your blood sugar level and specific gravity of urine checked.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
There are many reasons for passing frequent urine at night like, presence of uncontrolled diabetes leading to high blood glucose, urinary tract infection, problem related with prostate etc. Hence, unless proper examination and necessary investigations are done, there is no way to give any specific advice. So please consult either a physician or a surgeon in your place and follow his instructions. Neglecting such a complaint is not good. Thanks.
