the symptoms you are facing might also be due to stones or calculi in kidney/ureter/bladder system.
Please get an usg of whole abdomen done at the earliest so that any pathology can be ruled out.

yes you can... one to two tabs thrice a day with a glass of water... but take it for 3 weeks then stop... just don't take any medication continuously unless indicated..

Go for urine std panel test.
Till then, cap doxy100 one per day for 7-10 days.
Montex lc one at night for seven to ten days.
Locally apply
betnovate n oint after gentle cleaning.
Clean your underwear very properly n soak it in sunlight.

2.Wipe from front to back after toilet
3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products
5.Try to take shower rather than bath

This is a common problem in women of that age and is due to a weak pelvic floor. Added to that is the anxiety. She is already on medicines that can help. However, ask her to consider kegel exercises and visit the washroom even when she does not have to go. That way, her issue will get a little better.

Oflox is an antibiotic and not of much use in uti. Urispas is used for urethral dyscomfort. For urine infection general hygiene measures, daily change of undergarments and drinking lots of water will help. She needs to give her urine for culture and antibiotic sensitivity.
