My age is 15 and I often find my nipples are flattened there's even flaky, dry, which seems to be peeled out. If I touch my nipples and slide over them. I didn't even feel that they exist. Is this any symptom of breast cancer or any other deadly disease?

Hello,
Don't suck the nipples too much. Over doing of anything can cause the skin to get damaged.
Be gentle.
Otherwise there are no other reasons for it.

Fir few days use breast pump to extract milk and feed baby by a bottle.
Once the nipple recovers completely ten again start breast feeding.
Or you can give alternate breast and bottle feeding.
